1. Digital service

Blogent is a digital service delivered instantly. Credits are consumed as you generate content, so a generation that has already been produced cannot be refunded.

2. Subscriptions

• You can cancel your subscription at any time; it stays active until the end of the paid period.
• We do not automatically refund partially used periods, except where required by law.
• If you were charged in error or the Service was materially unavailable, contact us for a review.

3. Credit packs

• Unused credit packs may be refunded within 14 days of purchase if no credits from that pack have been spent.
• Once any credits from a pack are used, that pack becomes non-refundable.

4. Failed generations

If a generation fails on our side, the credits for it are automatically returned to your balance. You are not charged for provider errors.
