1. The Service

Blogent lets you analyze your brand, generate content (posts, images, carousels, videos) and access trend feeds using third-party AI providers. Features and limits may change over time.

2. Accounts

• You must provide a valid email and keep your password secure.
• You are responsible for all activity under your account.
• You must be legally able to enter into this agreement.

3. Credits, plans and payment

• Paid features are metered in credits. Credits are granted by a subscription plan or purchased separately.
• Credits have no cash value, are non-transferable, and are consumed when you run a generation.
• Plan credits are valid for the plan period; unused credits may expire at the end of the period unless stated otherwise.
• Prices and credit costs per operation may be updated; changes apply to future purchases and generations.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to use the Service to create or distribute content that is illegal, infringing, deceptive, hateful, or that violates the rules of the platforms you publish to. You may not attempt to bypass metering, security, or rate limits, or resell the Service without permission.

5. Your content and IP

• You retain rights to the inputs you provide and, subject to third-party AI provider terms, to the outputs you generate.
• You are responsible for reviewing generated content before publishing it.
• You grant us a limited licence to process your inputs solely to operate the Service.

6. Third-party providers

The Service relies on third parties (e.g. hosting, database, and AI model providers). Their availability and pricing are outside our control and may affect the Service.

7. Disclaimers & liability

The Service is provided “as is”, without warranties. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid in the last three months.

8. Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or create risk to the Service.

9. Changes

We may update these Terms. Material changes will be notified in-app or by email. Continued use means acceptance.
